Leigh Ann and Mark joined the Covenant staff in January of 2005. They're married and share the position of Associate Pastor here at Covenant. (Click here to see the office hours schedule.) Mark oversees teaching and Stephen ministries. He also writes Mark's Margin - a column appearing in the Covenant newsletter and this Web site. Leigh Ann oversees evangelism and missions. They share the duties of leader development, small group leadership, preaching, and pastoral care.
