- Through the Administrative Assistant, secure application forms for approval of the wedding. Complete and return forms as soon as possible, in order that the date of your wedding may be reserved.
- Through the Administrative Assistant, make arrangements to have one of our pastors officiate at your wedding.
- Be sure the church sanctuary or chapel is available on your proposed wedding date, and request that the Administrative Assistant place the dates of both the wedding and the rehearsal on the wedding calendar.
- Make an appointment with the officiating pastor for an initial conference.
- Reserve the services of a Covenant Wedding Director who will assist you with the rehearsal and wedding. The administrative assistant will give you a list of Directors.
- Arrange a consultation with the Church Organist who is responsible for helping you select appropriate music for your wedding.
- Arrange for the printing of an order of worship for your wedding.
- The Administrative Assistant will contact a sound technician and custodian for the rehearsal and the wedding.
- Contact and reserve the services of others who may assist you:

- Florist____________________
- Photographer_______________
- Videographer_______________
- Contact all of your attendants. Provide written directions concerning all details, such as attire, dates, times, and location of the Church.
- Obtain an Alabama marriage license.
