Leadership

God is raising up our students to be strong leaders in their church and community. We train them by giving opportunities to use their gifts to serve others.

The Council:

Our high school students have a chance to be on our Student Leadership Council. These students help lead our Sunday night program and plan upcoming youth events.

Summer Internships:

Some high school and college students spend the summer serving here at Covenant. Interns plan and implement our summer activities, lead Bible studies, and spend time with students.

Worship Leaders:

Many of our middle and high school students with are blessed with amazing musical talents. They use these gifts in leading others in worship during youth programs and church services.

Our adult leaders are a transformative presence in the lives of students to help them experience God, grow in their faith, and reach out to those in need. We work together as a team to plan, pray, and have relationships with our students as they grow together in their faith.

Parent Leaders: We encourage parents to raise their youth in the Christian faith. Parents are the most important influence in a young person’s life. Their decisions and priorities teach their children what is important. Our youth ministry values the involvement, encouragement, and support of parents.
