Covenant Kids

“At Covenant we believe that every page of scripture shows how people are broken, but loved and how God is in control. As a congregation, our theological vision is one that emphasizes this principle teaching of salvation: that even when we were bad, we received the good reward of salvation through Jesus Christ. God does not require us to first behave and then receive this reward. Rather, Christ behaved on our behalf when we were still broken, so that we could receive eternal life and live lives of freedom and love in response to this promise.”

Covenant Children’s Ministry

The Presbyterian Church has a rich tradition of reformed theology that shapes our worship and our church vision. Rooted in our tradition is a history of children’s education that is transformative and full of grace. Ashten Webb, our Children’s Ministry Director, has curated a wonderful program with age appropriate lessons and amazing volunteers! For more information, email her at Ashten.Webb@covhsv.org.

This Summer we have some amazing camps for our kids:

Sunday Morning Children’s Programming

We are excited to have our children with us each Sunday morning for in-person children’s worship! Currently, Sunday School for children is on summer break and will resume on August 4th, so Sunday mornings look a bit like this:

Sunday Mornings

Children’s Choir and Sunday School (resumes August 4th)

Sunday school is a chance for our children to dive deep into God’s word. Following choir, children break into age-groups to learn more about Jesus’ love for them and God’s redemptive plan for his people.

Please pick up your child in the children’s wing following Sunday School at 10:15am.

Service and Outreach

Our children have opportunities to engage throughout the year in outreach and service projects in our community and beyond. We will share upcoming events on this page!
