Welcome to Worship at Covenant Presbyterian Church. This is Sunday February 21^st and it is Youth Sunday! Youth Sunday has a VERY long history here at Covenant and is very true to its name. This service was entirely designed by our youth over the course of two months. Every decision from our theme, scripture selections, and song selection were made by the youth. Through this process every year our youth have the opportunity to focus on what goes into a worship service and what it takes to make it happen. This year added a new aspect, the digital service. Many great life lessons were learned through the process.  Even so, this service is not about learning processes or the nuts and bolts of a worship service. It is about worship. Our youth and youth leaders hope you are able to use this Sunday’s service to truly WORSHIP or Savior and King!

There is children’s programming and nursery for during the 10AM worship service. Following worship at 11AM a pastor leads a “Virtual Coffee Hour” for one hour using Zoom video conference call. Many neighborhood prayer groups are continuing to meet in a front lawn near you. Even when you’re not able to meet in person, it is nice to know there is someone near you who cares.

In-Person Worship at 10AM – Guidelines

We host an in-person worship service at 10AM on Sundays in our sanctuary. Based on a congregational survey, we anticipate most folks to continue worshipping online – so we will continue to provide excellent worship resources and videos each Sunday for those at home. Together we are united in our commitment to one another and our commitment to Christ, whether worshipping in-person or online!

No reservation or permission is required to attend worship in the sanctuary. However, all participants must wear a mask (we will have some available for you!) and we request that you take your temperature and use the restroom before leaving your home.

The elders request that you make a careful and informed decision about the best way for you to worship in June. For those who intend to attend worship in person, please read the following guidelines carefully when making your decision.
